Potential Problems w/ logging in.

  1. Do you have the correct username & password?

  2. Do you have cookies enabled in your browser?

    1. To login to the LERN Club, your browser must be setup to accept cookies.  Go to the Help menu of your browser to learn how to accept cookies and to learn more about cookies.

  3. Do you have an old browser?

    1. Many site on the WWW may not function properly with older browsers.  If your browser is not version 3.0 or higher, consider upgrading.  It may alleviate your login problems and will enhance your overall experience.

  4. Is the Date and Time on your computer set correctly?

    1. Our system uses cookies, which allow you access for up to 24 hours, from the date/time you enter your username and password.  If your date and time settings are not set properly, the system 'thinks' you have had access for your 24 hours.  Reset your date and time and this should resolve the problem.

  5. Step 1-4 didn't do the trick?
    1. You might also try clearing your browsers cache and cookies. For instructions refer to your browsers help menu.

  6. Still having problems?
    1. Try our alternative login page.
