Her keynote will be on \u201cNew Skills for the 21<sup>st<\/sup> Century.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 The Schulich School of Business is one of the top business schools both in Canada and the world.<br \/>\nBerengut also has her own consulting firm and conducts executive workshops for CEOs. She says the concept of strategic agility really resonates with CEOs right now.<br \/>\n\u201cIn a world of complexity organizations need to manage tradeoffs (a good example is the dynamic\/stability above) rather than institute long-range plans,\u201d Berengut notes.<br \/>\nHer keynote will come on the second day of the conference in a General Session.
