\nWe have also seen a trend towards increased use of slogans. Using a slogan is a great way to increase a program\u2019s brand awareness in the community give the brochure some catchy text that readers can remember and identify with the program. Like the brochure title and logo, a slogan should be kept the same from brochure to brochure to build customer familiarity and trust with the brand. A slogan should reflect the type of programing that is being offered and be catchy enough to remain in the reader\u2019s mind long after they put the brochure down.
\nThe logo is also an important part of the overall branding scheme of a brochure, and LERN has seen a trend of better logo design and more visibility. Logos have often been an afterthought in brochure design where they were more of a requirement that had to be included somewhere on the cover. Now programs are using their logo more as an identity that compliments their design and is prominently featured on the cover. This like the slogan and title will create brand awareness and community familiarity with the program\u2019s brand. Programs are also featuring their logo as prominently on the back cover as the front, creating brand awareness regardless of what side of the brochure is facing up.
