We have to move from being on our heels to being on our toes, looking forward.\u201d<br \/>\n<strong>New Skills <\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cNew skills for this century is not really about new skills. It\u2019s about understanding the context. Understanding your customers and their situations,\u201d she said.<br \/>\n<strong>Organizational Agility <\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cWe need Organizational Agility.\u00a0 Customers change. We also have lots of data now, but we need to be able to process the data.\u00a0 And in the world of the 21<sup>st<\/sup> century, we have to deal with complex problems, problems in which there may not be a right or wrong answer,\u201d she noted.<br \/>\n<strong>Leadership Skills <\/strong><br \/>\nHitting on a key issue for Gen Y, Berengut said that in the last century leadership was a matter of position, what your title or level of authority was.\u00a0 That is no longer true, she maintained.<br \/>\n\u201cIn the 21<sup>st<\/sup> century leadership is not a position but an ability to take action.
