Job descriptions are being rewritten in terms of results and objectives rather than just putting in time.<br \/>\nJust filing or answering the phone is not good enough for this century. Instead, a job duty of \u201cproviding a customer with a response that satisfies the person\u201d is an outcome that can be measured and also better meets the objectives of the organization.<br \/>\nThe change has made \u201cManaging Productivity\u201d a popular online class for LERN, available from many of our 200 members in colleges, universities and schools that are UGotClass Partners.<br \/>\n\u201cI have learnt a lot through this course and I am very grateful for that.
