\u201cPeople see you, but what do they see?\u201d asked internationally known speaker Kaplan Mobray in his LERN Annual Conference keynote recently.<\/p>\n

Mobray answers his first question by adding that they need to see your passion. He has four big questions that need to be re-answered since the pandemic:<\/p>\n

1.What\u2019s changed?
\n2.What changes have you made?
\n3.What has changed you?
\n4.What will you change?<\/p>\n

Excellence is a choice, says Mobray. He offers these 3 goals for each of us:
\n-Enhance your agility to change;
\n-Design an elevator speech for your passion or goal;
\n-Create your opportunities. If your goals are not being achieved, then do something differently.<\/p>\n
