2019 Contract Training Report Coming

Over 120 people attended recently attended LERN’s Contract Training Conference in Chicago. The conference was abuzz with the latest practical, how to information geared towards Contract and Customized Training Units from Continuing Education programs across North America. Look out for the “2019 Contract Training Report” coming this spring based on information gathered from attendees and presenters at the conference.
A wide range of topics and ideas were presented over the four days including everything from documenting processes to lead generation and sales, where LERN Contract Training Council Chair Eric Johnson reminds us to ask potential clients “what keeps you up at night and how can we help?” LERN both provided new benchmarks for contract training, but also asked attendees what benchmarks and trends they want to see LERN research and develop over the next year.
From the opening pre-conference sessions to the post-conference Leadership Strategic Planning Workshop, and all the great concurrent sessions and networking opportunities in-between, attendees departed with new practical information and a renewed enthusiasm about the industry as a whole.
The Contract Training Conference provides a unique level of personalization where attendees can schedule one on one meetings with any of the presenters. This, combined with the networking opportunities a conference of this size offers, leads to a customized experience that allows attendees to head home with real information and ideas to apply to their contract training units.
Thank you to all of our great presenters and those of you that were able to attend. For those who weren’t, we hope to see you next year where LERN will be providing more “Information that Works!”
