Helping During Crisis: Mental Health & Empathetic Listening
People are scared. Colleagues may be feeling a loss of control and are looking to others to acknowledge and support them during these major changes. As educators and lifelong learning professionals, it is essential to understand the importance of the grief cycle and empathetic listening. When you can accurately hear and understand the core emotional feelings inside a person, the more they trust you. In this webinar, you will:
