Replace your paper evaluations of courses with an online survey tool like Survey Monkey or Zoomerang, says Monique Fortmann, 
Director of the Lifelong Learning Center in Missoula, Montana. Her program takes in 15,000 registrations a year.
She says she gets evaluations back within 3 days and has a whopping 70 to 80 percent response rate from her participants. The online tool reduces staff work and provides summary data, more reasons to switch from paper, she notes.
