With most programs experiencing around a 20 percent cancellation rate for face-to-face courses, suggesting an alternative online course can reduce your refunds and lost customers significantly. Draper, who has generated over a hundred registrations a year for UGotClass courses, will present a session at the big LERN conference on her successful techniques.
